If you are looking for a fun and flexible opportunity working on the water with the best clientele imaginable, then we have a spot for you! Even if you don’t know anything about sailing, we got you covered! Our captains are the best in the business and love teaching the art of sailing.

Please email us your resume with your contact information and your availability and we will reach out to you. The next step would be to come along on a trip as a crew observer. That way you can see how the Captain and crew interact and work together from a crew standpoint rather than as one of our regular Guests. You would have an opportunity to ask plenty of questions and figure out if it’s something you really want to do and if it’s going to be a good fit. It’s fun, hot, schweaty, salty, gross, and often very crazy. Not going to lie, it’s not for everyone and that is perfectly OK. If you aren’t familiar with boats….there is a lot to learn about sailing and basic seamanship so don’t let it overwhelm you! There are many ways to do things on sailboats and then there is the Suncoast way.

Because we operate under the authority of the US Coast Guard, all of our captains and crew are subject to preemployment and random drug screening.
